We are setting up a patient participation group and you can help us to get feedback and improve services! With your input we will understand better what you want.

History of Highgrove Action Group

Highgrove Action Group started in 2006 when the surgery was under threat of closure. The Group has worked extremely hard to support the surgery team through that difficult time and the threat of closure is no longer there! At present the action group is dormant.

Highgrove Action Group has been collecting donations from patients to support future activities of the group. The funds will be used - in agreement with all initial members - to pay for issues helping to safeguard the practice's future. Currently there is a sum of over £720 in the account. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all doners for their generosity.
